So, as a happy Z10 user but angry with the lack of upgrade path, I went in and upgraded to an HTC One M9. It's my first Android phone, and as of tomorrow it will have been 14 days with the thing.

The problem is, I hate it. The big screen is nice, but it's awful to use compared to the Z10. I miss the ease of use of BB10. I know there's a return period, I think it's 15 days. I'll probably have to pay a restocking fee, but I'm truly thinking of taking it back and sticking with the old Z10.

My question is, does anyone have experience with returns? Is it easy? Is the restocking fee prohibitive?

Have you talked on the telephone much? Last I knew, there's a really low phone minute limit and if you pass it the return period is now void.

I would call Telus Mobility Loyalty and discuss. If you'd like, you could try in-store first.

Haven't talked a lot, no, but there is a lot of texts and data used. I figure I'll go in and see. Worst comes to worst I'll suffer my mistake till a proper all touch comes out then sell the m9 and buy it.

I have had no issues returning to Rogers as long as it is within the rules (time and use). I to tried the H T C M 8. Went back to my Z30 a much better phone that android. Try the Z30. Super phone

Call Telus Loyalty first before you go to the store, they will add notes to your account, just be honest and you will find they are easy to deal with. Be nice too
