Whoever have problem with their notification volume in Q10, please post here. So that let BlackBerry know we are still facing this problem.

My Q10 notification volume for every alert output, eg Ringtone, Alarmtone, Calendar Alert tone, BBM alert Tone and Every alert Output is low and almost bearly hearable in crowds and when in bag. It was surely sooper god in all other versions before 10.3. I am using my Q10 since 1 half year.

At the same time, Music output is normal as 10.2.x versions.

Tried every single version of 10.3 and still no solution for it.

PLEASE!!! THOSE WHO DOESNT HAVE PROBLEM WITH THEIR Q10 NOTIFICATION VOLUME, PLEASE DONT POST HERE "I have never had this problem and bla bla"

Why was BlackBerry not successful in patching this issue even after so many updates of 10.3 they provide?

Because people are to wrapped up on wanting to do things OTA , or doing back ups, people keep trying to tell all that there is better ways to back up , when you go from a 10.2 up to 10.3 OTA its to big of a jump and your settings are going to screw things up as they are all changed in the higher version,

I dont think nobody will say "NO" if they provide one OS which fixes every problem of the users, Sound, Battery, Flickerin and every Bla bla and if BlackBerry promises it will function perfectly as 10.2.x, provided you should do a fresh install, nobody is going to reject it.

Seems good to hear that BlackBerry is gonna fix it in the next major update. Luckily I have a pebble so I know when I get notifications otherwise if it's in my pocket I usually miss my notifications.

Hopefully the wait doesn't last long
And also expecting battery improvements. I still get very bad battery than 10.2.x when it is suppose to really increase the battery by 15%.

Looking through the BlackBerry Knowledge Base I can't see any further acknowledgement of this problem in 10.3.2. This problem has been going on so long I worry that the BB10 team don't really know what to do about it

I think the wifi problem is little better in 10.3.2, nt sure coz I dint had constant wifi to check abt it yet.
But for sure this problems persists with every 10.3.2
* Low volume
* Bad Battery Life
* Bad Alignment of Picture in Picture Lock (More zoomed View it is)

But according to WITHDRWL, it seems BlackBerry knows about this and there is one fix coming sooon. Lets see what all it fixes and what all it breaks in our Q10

To have a great experience again you have to buy a new device. And the old ones are worse because Apple made them slow with a new software update.

Maybe Chen is thinking the same, that we with our Z and Q are getting angry because of the wifi and notifications issues and gonna buy the Passport, Leap or Classic.

It's sad if BB do this because many users might just switch to a non-BB device, especially those from the Z series since they don't know the joys of a physical keyboard.

I got the same problem on my Q10, on all versions of 10.3.1 and also on 10.3.2 ... did all possible autoloaders , fresh installs and OTA.

If that is true about older devices are not being upgraded in OS updates adequately, thereby you run the risk of alienating the consumer and potentially losing your loyal base. After all there are other competing manufacturers.

I don't have any of those issues at all... I've been on 10.3.2.784 since the release... battery on my phone lasts all day and I'm talking heavy usage...

And I understood what u tried to say...I dont have any strong hold in my hand to say and prove it otherwise...but I know many bunch of old BlackBerry users who are happy with their latest OS and they say it works perfect...
It can be only because of different in versions and models in phone

If its the way u said, I dont see many shedding out from ios. People stays with BlackBerry when they want quality and easiness. Others we dont care!!
