    back up, wipe and reload OS don't install anything else and it will be great for a phone older than death.

    Have tried clearing your event logs and browser cache/history? A wipe and reload of OS may help speed it up a little bit, especially if you haven't touched it's OS in a while (which is understandable) but if you're referring to browser tasks being slow, that is not something anything in this world will fix...

    I still use my 8320 as my travel device when I am abroad, more specifically when volunteering with one of my groups in 3rd world nations where the risk of it getting damaged or lost is VERY real. A sturdy, compact messaging device it remains, but I don't hold on to it for the browser...
