    Okay well while I've got you here I'll answer your questions. Everyone knows on the same carrier and it has just been since the last update. I've done a wipe and reloaded, which cleaned up a few things but I still go without service sometimes for half an hour. Pull the battery sometimes works, hard start sometimes works but usually it comes and goes as it pleases. Real frustrated. Love this phone

    Tried getting in touch with your carrier? Maybe they can refresh the network or something? Had this a while back with a Bold 9900 and I think I had to change my sim it something can't really remember.

    You could also look into upgrading/downgrading to a different radio.

    That would be the Z10 STL100-1. I doubt the rest of us STL100-2/3/4 owners would agree with that blanket statement.
