Do I need to pull my SD card and my sim card before wiping the phone?

You don't need to but I always do just in case, make sure that the SD card isn't encrypted before you wipe, if it is back everything up first, you should do a backup before you wipe anyway just in case you have some data you have forgotten about, once it's gone it's gone!

Mine Z10/STL100-2 on leaked OS 10 3.2.500. I have been not removed any cards,full back up your device file before wipe!!!

Why are you going to wipe it? If it isn't to remove all personal data from the phone because you aren't going to use it anymore there are probably more efficient and effective things you can do.

In any case, one thing that you can do ahead of time is delete as much of the data in your shared files as you can first. This will speed up the wipe.
