    Do you mean the words that pop up on your keyboard?

    Settings --> Language and Input --> Prediction and Correction

    You have all the options you want to whether or not words show on your keyboard.

    Just go to Keyboard settings on your phone and then spell check. You'll find an option to erase learnt words.

    I believe only the devices with Amoled displays will be given a black themed Setting menu.
