I'm using it as a courtesy phone while I wait for my passport to be fixed. It feels such a come down but this was once the premium flagship and I can see why.

Speakers are in a completely different lower class to the passport. I think I will liikee to keep the q10 though as I a handy backup.

My household Q10 user loves his phone even the offer of a Classic did not sway his choice. Is a fine device for many folks.

I've been happy with my Q10 for almost 2 years. But I see from your post that yours might be suffering from double typing. I've been fortunate to not have mine suffer from it (knock on wood).

I don't think I'll move on from this phone until it's all broken down because the size is just right (specially with BlackBerry Blend in the mix) lol.

I agree about the speaker, the speakers on my wife's Z30 are nicer (haven't experienced the Passport yet). But then again I usually use headphones when I play music on my Q anyway.

It's a nice device, has the BlackBerry "look" and fits nicely in my hand, I have an Otterbox Defender on mine so it's a bit of a beast but I like that, especially thin/light phones feel cheap/fragile to me.

The size can't be beat for me. Plus it runs BB10 just fine. The specs on the Passport are nice but I could never adjust to it's form factor.
