Hi everyone,

I'm having problems pretty often when I try to send pictures attached to a mail - the mail is shown in the Hub as 'sending' (clock face), but never gets sent. When I go into the mail again, the pictures are shown with size 0b, which of course is wrong. I'm not sending huge pictures, just regular ones taken with the Z30. It happens when I try to send pictures in original size and when I scale them down. The curious thing is that once that happens, all the following mails with pictures attached have the same behavior. After a device reset everything works fine again for some time - but it's a pain to have to reset the phone so often.

My OS is Z30STA100-2/10.3.1.2582.

Any ideas?

Try deleting and reinstalling your e-mail account. Had same problem this fixed it.

I found that 'sharing' a picture by email does this, it never gets sent. Open email and attach the same picture, works fine. I just avoid sharing now.

No, I'm waiting till it happens again so that I can test with the other account configured on this device. If I remember correctly, when it happens for my Gmail account, I cannot send pics via the BES mail account either.

I did delete my email account and reconfigured it, and it seems the problem is gone. Thanks for the idea!

Actually it's not.. it took 3 weeks for the problem to reappear after deleting and reinstalling my mail account, but it's here again.
