    Might have to do with the installed OS
    Have had this happen to me twice on older 10.2.1 branches
    It just resolved itself after a while

    Device via USB cable to BlackBerry link and wipe! Reload OS and files by BlackBerry Link or sachesi version 2.0 . Before the device wipe and do the back up the files.

    I'd say wait for that update and see what happens then, although Yeo's suggestion is the most sure way of it fixing.
    Hopefully it corrects itself with 10.3.2, so you don't have to go through the hassle
