Hello everyone,
I'm suffering a weird problem from passport's microphone since I updated to 10.3.1 via Blackberry Link.
There's no problem when I make calls or record videos through 'Camera' app, the microphone works perfectly fine. However, if I record voice notes via 'Remember' app, or send voice messages through 'WhatsApp', there's no voice at all. I tested the microphone with BBVE, the testing was failed. Then I tried with 'Skype', it works when I make calls, but there's no voice if I send video messages.

I tried to flash different version OS, e.g. 10.3.2.159 autoloader, 10.3.1.997 autoloader, and reload many times through blackberry link, however, this issue still exists.

Can anyone help me to sort it out! Many thanks!

Perhaps don't do any backup restores after a security wipe and OS reload... then load one app at a time to trouble shoot. There may be one app conflicting.
