[CrackBerry Question]

I keep having it scan for software updates on the phone and on link. IThe phone and link always say that the device is up to date, however it only has 10.2 OS on it. What am I missing?

Verizon hasn't released an approved update yet.
No ETA has been reported.

You are still able to load other carrier released OS versions or leaks, but be warned there are some bugged released/leaks that can cause the hardware to be "damaged" by causing the display controller to lock the screen in "off" mode, requiring BlackBerry warranty service to fix it.
Also there are beta leaks of 10.3.2.xxx you should avoid in case you wish to revert to a lower OS version, as those will lock out your ability to downgrade to most earlier OS's by flashing a "black list" of OS versions into a non-user-programmable section of the device memory.
Once those lists are written to the devices "BIOS", they can not be wiped off.
