Is it normal to not be able to restore account settings, app/folder configuration, etc... when restoring from a backup in Link?

The restore also shows "The operation was cancelled, and some items were not restored" but it won't list what wasn't restored. I have no idea what's been restored and what hasn't now. What a disaster.

What a disaster this restore is... Can BlackBerry not get anything right?

None of my preferences or settings were restored
Had 10 pages of app icons to sort back into folders
No email accounts were restored (have 7)
No social accounts (Facebook, twitter) were restored
Wallpaper, BBM display picture not saved or restored
SMS history gone
Browser favorites gone

Make sure u make a full restore not custom

Yes, I did a full restore.

Music was still on my memory card, but the playlists have vanished.

I can't remember if I had anything in Remember, but it's all gone anyway.
