I use a program called gsyncit which syncs my outlook to gmail. i then sync my BB to gmail and presto. There is a delay but it works.

You can also use an outlook.com account and they have a free synchronizer.

In BB Link, there are configuration settings for Outlook. You can sync both ways or have either the phone or computer be the lead sending all data to the other device.
