At the AT&T store yesterday they put in a new sim card and it could make calls and could get on the Edge network, but not the 4g lte. Is it possible to get the 4G lte with my current z10?

I can get data, just not 4G LTE. I was able to open a browser and get onto anything, it was just on the edge network.

No, you can get some GSM. The GSM side is unlocked on Verizon phones, you will get voice and I believe 3G. Or is it 3g? Not sure if you might do better on T-mo? The very bottom line is the GSM side of the phone was designed to use overseas.

If your Z10 has Band 4 LTE as my Verizon Z30 does, then with an at&t SIM card it could receive data on at&t's LTE network where Band 4 is available, such as Chicagoland.

When I used a verizon Z30 on ATT I was only able to get HSPA+ aka 4G. 4G LTE is a verizon name for what ATT just calls LTE since they already used 4G for a faster GSM (similar to verizons CDMA) connection. So if you do see 4G on you're verizon Z10 it's not LTE it's just fast GSM.

I have an AT&T Z10 which I haven't used since I got my Z30. I switched over to Verizon to take advantage of LTE for the Z30, so we could possibly talk about a swap. If you're interested PM me.

You should be able to get 3G for sure and possibly HSPA.

You need to go into your eScreen and then general radio and change your APN to whatever AT&T uses.
