    Hi All,
    before a month I made a power off on my phone (Z10 - stl2), after restart the device lost all the data. It goes back to factory setting.
    I made a data restore from BB link to get back my staff but after restart goes back again factory setting.
    Than I made software update, I made autoloading of many OS version, but the result is every time the same - WIPE :\
    Now the software is 10.3.1.2726 from bitcasa but it starts from 10.3.1.1779 official update.
    Thanks if sbody can help...

    Does a blue LED appear when you restart?

    Yes, the method is the following:
    Red LED + logo, then loading OS + BLUE LED.
    The BLUE LED appears for longer time, still in the first 1-2 minute after the OS standing up.
