    today I've checked official Blackberry page and on home screen *support/update section,You can see all BB10 devices except Q10. Does Blackberry push away Q10 so they can promote Classic?, its weird, even Q5 is mentioned but not Q10. I don't think we will get update to 10.3 soon for that model, :-(

    The Q10 already received the 10.3.1, same goes for Q5 model.

    hey, if they released 10.3.1 for Q10, why my blackberry link says that I have the latest update which is 10.2? even If I check for new update my phone says the same. 10.2. Do You know how I can update my phone via home web? thnx

    Yeah, I gave up trying to update my unlocked Q10 to 10.3, which I use on cricket. Tried every trick recommended here, and by the way, I shouldn't have to be trying tricks.

    Have a chat with your carrier.

    It isn't BlackBerry's fault that they haven't pushed it out... the rest of the world has.

    It's all about the carrier. I have an at&t Q10 and an unbranded one. The unbranded one (unlocked) always receives the upgrade first.

    Has AT&T pushed 10.3 yet? I'm thinking of picking up a used Q10 on eBay (since it appears Blackberry US no longer carries them) and don't know if I should go with a branded one or not.

    Every trick? If you tried every "trick" you would have tried a blitz upgrade which has worked well for tons of users....
