i had some issues with my curve with sending pictures and it was because my settings were "too high" for MMS. i had to change the settings from superfine to fine in quality, and from large to medium in size of the picture. no problems after the setting were changed. this is all done through your camera options. this was on an AT&T curve, so not sure if it will help, but thought maybe it was worth mentioning!
