When I play a video or something with my sound off, my q10 makes some white noise from the speaker. How do I fix this (if possible, its not really annoying as I only notice it if a put my ear to the speaker)

My z10 makes a sort of crackling, interference sound when volume is off too, not always tends to be random, I always close any Apps like Video/music player, listen to it switch the speaker off then open them again, if it carries on a reboot usually sorts it temp.
