I have an unused BlackBerry Bold 9900 that I bought as a backup. Since I now have my Z10 as a back up, I'll will be selling the Bold 9900. I can't remember whether it's locked or unlocked. How can I tell?

And secondly if it is locked, what is the cheapest and easiest method to unlock it?

I haven't really decided yet. Was going to make sure it was unlocked first. Probably going to ask somewhere in the $150-$175 range. That seems to be what they are selling for on eBay.

As for the sale $50 is nowhere near what I'd be looking for. The phone is brand new in the box. Sorry.
