[CrackBerry Question]

i'm using bb 9220 i switch off my data service and there is no vpn set in my phone but still it trying to connect to the internet its charging and my balance getting low every time it is deducting my balance..........i reset my phone to factory setting still same problem........how do i permanently switch off the internet.......if i connected to the wifi still its trying to connect and deducting my balance.......

There isn't much you can do about that. Have you subscribed to any sms (premium) services by any chance? Have you talked to your carrier's support team? That could be why you are experiencing those issues. Once data services are OFF they will NOT work and they stay off.

ON prepaid, data is enabled and as the device STILL attempts to connect for various things, there is no way of blocking it permanently.
