    Hello guys i have a Blackberry Curve 9360 Unlocked,
    i want to setup my email account with this device,
    when i open Setup > Email Setup , it required enterprise account, but i dont have it, what to do ?

    Sounds like an enterprise IT Policy is still on your phone. Follow the instructions at the following link to reset the phone to factory settings. Hope this helps.

    Sounds more like no active BIS subscription on the service. But I have only been using BB for 8 years, what do I know.

    No-one can argue with 8 years, but correct me if i'm wrong. If he has no BIS, why is the email settings app showing him anything? Wouldn't it have no internet connection?

    (I do NOT have even 2 years of Blackberry service)

    only the original poster will be able to say he has BIS.

    MobileMadness002 is this normal when you don't have BIS?

    Nope. Device with no sim will show enterprise activation as well. My 9800 shows ent activation with a deactivated sim and even when sim is removed.
