    When I use Blend on my BlackBerry Balance activated device, I cannot unlock the work email. Says IT policy prevents it, but I cannot find the setting in BES 10.1.0.44. Do I need to be on BES 10.2 for this feature?

    do you manage the BES? for your work? If so I would contact BB as they should be able to find a better answer than on here lol.

    Haha. I do! I will contact BlackBerry tomorrow and see what they can tell me.

    I have a call on to BlackBerry for support. I have turned on every feature I can find in 10.2 pertaining to Blend and it still isn't working. Same error.

    Have you restarted you system after applying the latest patch / version?

    Why don't you upgrade to bes 12? It`s easy and far better than bes 10. You can run both servers side by side. Migrate users one at a time.

    I will look into that today.

    I got this from BlackBerry's support team yesterday and will try the workaround today.

    Through my BES10 server I can't authenticate on any secure https internal websites with the Work Browser in Blend. It prompts for the credentials but then just prompts again and reprompts in an endless loop.

    Browsing http internal websites works ok. Anybody else experience this?

    Oh, I should mention that browsing the internal https sites works fine from the BB10 phones that I Blend with, it just never authenticates in Blend.

    I had a similar issue and it was being blocked by our AV. We were using Symantec Endpoint protection and could have set an allow list but we're switching to SCEP(System Center endpoint protection) and Blend work flawlessly

    Also check to make sure that IPv6 is enabled in your environment
