    I bought a blackberry torch 9800 off ebay when I started it, it asked for a new password. Now I would like to disabled the password option, however when I go to Security, Password, and click disable I see that there is also a lock symbol that I can not get by. Help

    It was probably running in a BES environment. Contact the seller and get him/her to remove the device from the BES set up it is using.
