    so i have a bold 9700 and i need to accept a virtual preload agreement to use most my stuff and i cannot click it it is completely greyed out even when i hover or click it ive updated my os from stock...yes i tried on both versions ive factory reset my phone and everything functions ive already spent 2 hours trying to google this with similar issues but not the same most seem to be able to click the agreement
