    That's because your phone is dependent on Verizon for officially pushed updates. Was this Z10 cheaper when you bought it? Now you know why.

    There are other ways to update it, pending Verizon's 10.3.1 push: Sachesi, autoloaders, etc.

    Although you cannot use a Verizon branded CDMA phone on Verizon as such, it has an unlocked, GSM side that you can use on other, GSM, networks.
