    The problem is you're attempting to download a cricket app.

    Blackberry recently announced that their devices are solely intended for the serious business user.

    With the 10.3.1 OS update, downloading "fun" apps. is no longer permitted on BlackBerry devices.

    But am 10.2.3062 only then y. Not only cricket app. BBM update also available but didn't update showing the same error

    Refresh one more time BlackBerry World, reboot the phone, wait for 5 minutes for all the OS services to be up and running, refresh again BlackBerry World and then try again to see if the problem is still there.
