    Hello guys, there is problem of auto rotation after I update my z10 stl100 to os 10.3.1.1565
    The apps auto rotate to left down even the auto rotate is locked...any solution...

    I'm having this same problem as well. I'm using a lg g3 and I just updated my BBM and it keeps rotating. Smh.

    I updated my Z10 to 10.3.1.1565 and have been facing the issue of auto rotate i.e. irrespective of the auto rotate option is locked, the screen rotates.

    It appears to be one of the bugs in the latest OS. Hopefully, BB will address/fix it soon.

    An os reload helps fixing the issue. I reloaded the os without restoring data and the rotation issue disappeared.

    Had this in 10.2 and now 10.3. Do a hard shut down of phone, take out sim and mem card and restart. When it tells you no sim present, shut down phone again put cards back and restart. A temp fix but until BlackBerry sort it, it gets us out of a spot.

    Known issue.

    BlackBerry has a KB article about it.

    I assume/hope we will see 10.3.1 MR1 soon...
