    I've never had any issues with AT&T. Now I've went into a Verizon store and tried to buy a Blackberry and a sales person literally jumped in front of me. Luv my Q10 and my service through AT&T!

    Att is a great choice for bb in my opinion. I'm on a Verizon family plan and still have an att gophone and overall the att experience is much better. Everyone on the family plan is heading to att soon due to how unhappy they are with Verizon. I'm hoping to get a passport on att before long.

    I do have a Go Phone plan for my Q10 and it really can't be beat when it comes to pricing and there is no noticeable difference in coverage compared to a post paid account

    I haven't had the most pleasant experiences at AT&T as a Blackberry user, but I do acknowledge that most of the time it just depends on the sales representative and their attitude. I recently renewed my contract and opted for a Classic. Just a few days later I noticed a manufacturer's defect on my device and was able to exchange it just fine. The sales rep who helped me, although she admitted not knowing how to use a Blackberry was kind, helpful and didn't make any snarky remarks.
