I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this behaviour. Since my 10.3.1 update (Z10 STL100-3) I've been having a terrible time transferring files from my PC (window 7 and windows 8.1) to my phone. The transfer would start out OK, then the speed quickly drop to 0kbps. It would just stall there forever without completing! I couldn't even cancel the transfer (it would crash windows explorer).

I tried various methods (wireless, wired) over various PCs (windows 8.1 and windows 7). No dice. By chance during one of the transfer trials, windows told me it couldn't access a file because windows defender.

That gave me an idea. I disabled windows defender and tried again, et voila, it worked.

Anyone else experience this? I'm not pleased with the hassle.

Yes, i have been having that slowing down. I will disable defender next time.

I have been having this issue also. Once I had to copy around 400+ songs and it got stuck at one song in the mid....

Thought to cancel it, couldn't even cancel.
