    While updating device software from 10.2.1.3054 to 10.3.1.1565 from blackberry link software it show An error has occurred while downloading software of your device.Please verify your internet connection or try again later,if the problem persists.

    I got the same errors using Link. Eventually, I had to disconnect Link and wipe the device to free up space so that I could do an OTA update.

    Exactly having the same problem. I've tried all methods to update my Z3 to 10.3.1.
    - OTA: Not enough space problem (1.2 GB)
    - BB Link: connection problem (wi-fi supposed to be fine)
    - Web: also connection problem.
