    Whenever I try to take people on conference call, the message pops up " can't join calls. Please try again." Even though I updated to 10.3.1565. The the same problem was there on 10.1 also. So in the one year of my Z10 I have never been able to make a conference call and It's pretty frustrating...
    Please help....

    Hi have you ask your carrier they allow to make conference call?

    I use conference call several times no problem

    Hey Usman, as you told, I asked my carrier and they informed me that the service was not activated earlier and now they have assured me that the service will be activated within 24 hours...

    Two more questions bro... hope you forgive my audacity to disturb u again.
    1. On Whatsapp, videos get downloaded but some of them don't play. Am not sure but probably they are mp4. After getting downloaded the videos only show "play " symbol but don't play.
    2. Do you advise me to download leaked 2269 OS updates ? My handset is Z10-STL 100-1. I am from India.

    1.my guess maybe unsupported video file like flv maybe you must use app to play the video, app like neutron media player
    2. Yes you can install the 2267 OS for your z10 it's a good Os /stable
