So my phone won't charge to 100%! Look at the attached screen. It says full charged on 91%.

    Any help would be appreciated.

With the charger plugged into the phone turn it off and let it charge until the light turns green then power it back on. This should reset the issue.

The battery stops charging when a certain voltage is reached. At that level, it should say 100% (even if the battery health is 90%).

Try to run the battery down to 0% until it powers down, then let it fully charge. It may just need a calibration.

That's terrible for the battery. Don't run it down.

    I second that...

Don't run it down empty, but let it get down 25-30%.

I'm gonna try and load the official 10.1 OS and see if it solves the issue.

Will report only after a full battery cycle.

Curious - Why does everyone say not to let it drain down till it turns off?

There we go. I loaded the official os and my phone charged to 100%!
So the problem was with 10.2.0.1047!

    Z10STL100-1/10.1.0.4633

@bobbie629 Draining the battery down to 0 might reduce the number of life cycles of a battery or may damage it, from what I've heard.

Not entirely accurate...you shouldn't do it unless you have a State-of-Charge mismatch (like turning off at 30% or draining to 0% very quickly but still operating at 0% for hours) and need to recalibrate your battery. It is actually good for the battery every now and then.
