Well. Here you are. For those wanting the Q10 2354 edition. This is a Full hybrid OS, (hybrid,as iv used the 2342 radio for Q)and should be stable, however I (nor Crackberry) takes any responsibility for any damage this may cause to your device. Ensure to have a backup of current files, and a way to restore to stock if something is to go wrong.

Right now that legalities are out of the way, how to install:
    1. Download RAR file from link below
    2. Extract EXE from RAR file using WinRar or 7-Zip
    3. Backup device (if not done yet)
    4. Close down Blackberry Link
    5. Run EXE file, connect Blackberry Device and let it do its thing
    6. Go through initial setup
    7. Restore device from backup (if you so wish)
    8. Enjoy your updated device.

So. With no further ado, here you go. This is an autoloader file:

    https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B8WR...Q1bUl0aGM/edit

Iv decided to use Google drive on this one. If your getting weird messages on it. It may be due to heavy use. Just give it a sec and try again.

    Have fun

I find it easier to just load the debrick file on 2342. No wiping, no downtime.

I'm just giving advice to n00bs who might waste time using an autoloader when there is a better alternative.

    Hi there,
As I knew, we can use all bar file come from the full OS 10.1.0.2354 for Z10 STL100-2 except radio file, is that right. I've downloaded all these file via sachup, I don't want to use the loader.

Problem with that is that sachup and sachibar are more for the 'advanced' users and I've seen to many questions about it, that if after reading the proper material (or choose not to read), they still ask the same repetitive questions.

A autoloader solves those issues as its straight forward

as long as you're not on the stl 100-1 you can just copy all the bars from the OS into sachibar and upload them. Even though it's an stl100-2 OS, it'll work correctly on the -3/-4 variants even with the 'incorrect' radio file added this way.

Edit: sorry, thought this was the z10 thread for some reason

Did you upload the whole OS or individual bars? I can't get the whole OS to push all the new apps.

Did you grab the OS and Radio through debrick or upgrade?

Both, but I only get the new versions of some apps when uploading tem individually, unless an extra reboot was required on top of the mandatory one.

I installed just the core OS onto my Q10 using Lyricidal's autoloader. Install went smooth, phone seems to be running fine. Just restoring data.

    Two questions:
    1. There must be some way to avoid the bloody demo video?
    2. Is there a method by which the extra apps/languages/etc. can be stripped out? It was pretty easy in the pre-BB10 OSes.

    Cheers!

How much easier was it for this OS?

    1. Unfortunetly no
    2. Use Chrome Playbook Installer. It can delete the extra apps you don't want on your device, and stock language packs are non touchable at this time

Can it also delete certain system applications I despise ? (ie. print to go)

Shame about that video. Drives me nuts everytime I upgrade/reload the playbook too - and the playbook one is long!

Also, it seems the only current issue I'm having is I can't seem to log into my Evernote account. Anyone else seen that?

By stock language packs, do you mean the sys.data.imf. files? Because I just uninstalled a bunch of them. Unfortunately, I didn't think to check memory available before and after. Doh! I also peeled out LinkedIn.

I'm not particularly short of space. This was an exercise in curiosity.

Turns out I mis-typed my password. Had to go the website and "unregister" the device before the 'Berry would give me another chance to re-enter it.

    I wouldn't recommend using/flashing this.
