    Hey guys,

    Just joined the os 7.x bunch, love it
    But i got irritated about some apps that are not compatible with os 7.x

    These are apps like Shazam and Linkedin.

    Found a workaround/ solution for this:
    - Make a backup of the third party apps with BBSAK;
    - Go the the backup file of your computer, and remove the apps named in the *.cod files! (but LEAVE the *.ALX and the *JAD file intact!!) you don't need;
    - Then plug in your os 7.x phone and restore/ reload the third party apps

    Then it is looking good, apps like Shazam and Linkedin are working again

    Hope this helps!

    How would I download them if I can't get them in the appworld? Cheers

    Try to find a direct ota link or the bypass via an older os 6 phone.
    What app are you looking for?

    You can download the engadget app straight from the engadget site and it works with os 7
    No need for tweaking
