    FYI I have this version installed from the leak a few days back I have had my BB lock up on my 3 times. I can only get to phone application. Even BB button and then switching to browser or email doesn't work. Just hangs.

    Only way to fix has been battery pull. First OS I have ever had on my BB that has caused a complete lock up.

    Looking forward to another update to get rid of this one.

    How long until people post the same results?

    * Faster Browser
    * Faster boot up time
    * Better response
    * Better battery life

    another worthless update IMO. RIM should include a change log with every OS

    Faster Browser, faster boot up time, better response and better battery life... But you think it's a worthless update?

    Could you clarify?

    worst OS upgrade ever, camera doesn't autofocus and always hangs up. Also from the call history screen, usually you can just touch one of the previous callers and it will call them, well not with this OS, you have to highlight them and then blackberry button and highlight call....very annoyoing

    Notice these two issues very quickly and said screw it, I am geting rid of this, never had a chance to check anything else out

    I don't recommend downloading this, I am going back to 570

    It's worth the upgrade. Tho, call touch doesn't work and camera doesn't autofocus but atleast the battery life is extended and yes, faster browser experience!

    You can still touch call it's just that now you have to touch and hold for a second and it pulls up all the call options (which # if multiple for contact ect ) It annoyed me at first too but it does stop dialing when you didn't mean to while looking at the call log ect.

    I tried this last week, disables my mute button while holstered, so to shut offf my pandora had to pull from holster then when you return to the holster the mute stops altogether. very glitchy. and would disable the touch aspect of the phone a lot. went back to the 546, happy again!!

    On both .526 and .570, it won't last throughout the whole day but running .576, I don't get the low battery alert anymore.

    In the process of installing .576 after having had .570 and its terrible battery performance. Hoping for a better battery life after installing .576. Going to give it three battery pulls and a couple of days for the battery to stabilize and then report.

    Is there a reason this hasn't been pinned as the latest "official" build?

    Was just about to ask the same question.

    Read quite a lot of negative feedback on this build however it should surely be pinned as an official release unless it really really is that bad....

    Yes. I also felt annoyed with call details window for not being able to call just by tapping but now I realise, this might have been provided to check accidental dial of any number. I experienced several times, while on call details window, accidentally if thumb is stopped at any place, call was dialed.
