I needed to security swipe my Passport running the latest OS. The swipe doesn't finish but stops with the following error.

This website says "0015: The filesystem broke. Reload your OS."

How can I do that? The Passport won't reboot or even shut down.

Where do I find the file to reload the OS?

No luck. Link won't run in Windows 10 and Blend says it can't connect.

Besides I can't get the device to shut off no matter how long I hold the button down.

What next?

Thurask - Thanks for running with me on this. I just noticed I 'doped out ' at the start referring to Password problem instead of Passport. Thanks for picking up on that.

I have used autoloaders on Z30s I have had but not sure I have the correct file for my Passport. Thanks for the links.

I managed to get the device shut down by holding the on button and one of the volume buttons for about 30 secs. Remembered that from my PlayBook.

It will be a day or so before trying your link. Appreciate you hanging out me on this.
