According to my tracking it's at the local FedEx facility in Birmingham, WM. The history shows that FedEx picked up the package at 11:49pm local time, and that it was then picked up again at 4:36pm. Why they didn't actually ship it today is beyond my comprehension... I have sent a complaint to FedEx, but so far I have just received an email saying that my complaint would be forwarded to the right person

Good. I will do the same. FedEx is the worst I have experienced. Never can get it right.

FedEx has truly lousy customer service. I just got a generic reply from them just advising me to contact FedEx in México. What good is that when my package is stuck in the UK? Either I'm just especially unlucky lately or customer service has really gone down the drain... The list of the companies I'm boycotting (where I have other options) is just growing longer and longer, lol.

Mine is in Memphis. Looks like it will be on time. Shipped Monday, arriving Tuesday (today)...i hope

My Keyone arrived this morning in Belgium. Was shipped yesterday evening, so shipment went very fast once it was shipped from Unlocked Mobiles. A little bit sad it took them so long to ship (TAC code was emailed friday).
