    Hello crackberry.
    I am new in bb in general.
    I bought a used passport because I liked it a lot when I saw it and I thought bb10 would be great.
    Everything is great except the battery life.
    You might think, because is used it might have a problem but no.
    When I have my 4G data opened the battery gets drained in about 10-12 hours with only 2-3 hours of use.
    But when I have the wifi,nfc,location services and Bluetooth open the battery was at 80% aftes 14 hours with 2 hours of use.
    So what is the problem?
    When I open my 4g the battery dies and even if I close it the battery keeps dying.
    Bb10
    10.3.3.1435 os version.

    Use the BBVE app to test the health of the battery. Passport was released in fall 2014, so depending on when your phone was made, it's battery is probably getting weaker and weaker. Certainly my phone is not as good as it once was - especially with all these android apps running in the background. Not as bad as yours but not that good as it once was.

    But did you read what I wrote?
    It gets drained really quick only if I open the 4G data, otherwise everything is ok.
    Now it is on 55% after 18 hours with wifi,location,Bluetooth,and nfc open.
    And about 3 hours of use.

    Hey first of all thank you both for answering.
    Secondly, I have seen that autoloader thing a lot of times in the crackberry forums, can you explain me what exactly it is?
