I'm 4 years on mine too! I haven't been as steadfastly loyal as you though- had a Passport SE (left on the roof of my car) Then went to DTEK60 (dropped in lake out fishing) So back to my Z10 and I couldn't be happier! The seamless operation, ability to save and update contacts so effortlessly and the Hub just make it so much better than anything else. I couldn't believe how counter intuitive Android was by comparison and I simply don't need any of those apps- they're just a distraction!!!

I still have my Z10. The battery's degraded so much that it can't be reliably used as a primary daily driver phone. Sure I can buy a replacement battery, but it would take weeks before it can arrive to my country and the phone already has a damaged SIM contacts that having it repaired would probably cost me much as buying a second hand Z10.

Lunch with mother-in-law yesterday. She's in her eighties. She saw my Z10 (with Flip Case) on the table and said 'Ooo! Is that BlackBerry?'

Had to wrestle it off her.

So now having to trawl through Eb*y for NOS Z10's and Flip Cases for a new fan. :-)

Just picked a Z10 today, running it on wifi now till I can pick up a sim adapter in the morning the sim card from the Classic of course doesn't fit.

Not really a touch screen user but the price was right. When I tried the Z10 out years ago in the t mobile store I remember the phone being solid and heavier. This AT&T version is very light.

Is the difference between the two?
Really liking how you flick the words while typing!

If it will load I plan to put Cobalt Play store on it and carry it for about a week.

Z10 has NFC. Picked up a bunch of NFC tags for, er, fun, and found NFC app on Z10 is nicely done. Programmed one to turn BlueTooth on in the car, found it works as a toggle. Tap once for on, tap again for off.

Programmed another for cat. Cat does not have a Z10, yet. Her tag has owner data on it in case cat is lost and cannot find a payphone. Erm...

Programmed a third to text office and send 'I'm on the way.' Works well.

That's all the uses I've found for NFC tags.

I set one tag up to connect to WiFi upon tap, but I'm not sure if there's a native app that allows writing a tag like that. The Android runtime doesn't have NFC access, which also prevents one from using a NFC-enabled U2F key on their phone.

Guess I'll have to use an autoloader to update the OS was hoping after I bought the sim adaptor the OS would update from 10.2. Top of that the sd card has to be formatted. Oh well bought it just to add to collection but not being able to download Playstore, on the shelf it goes.

6x Z10s on an overseas mission with 2x external battery chargers and 2x battery packs. Only our IT support needed to use battery packs. Really excellent product: voice, text and BBM (text & video). Cheap and secure.

Fully satisfied with my Z10 and still rocking it 4 years on. Gave it new lease of life with full reformat, 10.3 upgrade and brand new battery. The BB10 user experience is unmatched by Android. I'm upgrading to Passport SE in June.

Here in the UK some Z10 owners were saying that a Vodafone SIM would trigger an OTA update, Added one, but it didn't.

Decided that as the phone is working well, doesn't have any browser cert problems, doesn't use huge amounts of data on Android updates, runs all the Androids apps I need, and the battery lasts 48 hours, there was little point in updating it, or buying a KeyOne.

£500 saved. Did buy it a new battery for £2.50.

Wonderful handset that did not have the recognition it deserved when it was launched and in it's competitive prime. So Many handsets can learn so much from this one />

I use the Z10 as mostly Phone/SMS/email. So I'm not using much screen time. Also I don't have many Android messaging apps/FaceBook etc installed.

So at the weekend when all is quiet, I get 48 hours. Weekdays, I'm usually down to about 50% by the next morning so charge it up.

I've got OneDrive file sync active, and switch to Bedside mode at night. Original 2013 battery still good.

I did notice when the phone was new it took a couple of days to do its stuff and 'settle down' but it's fine as a daily 'phone' now.

If I take a lot of photos the battery life goes down as the phone is encrypting them, I presume.

Used 6x Z10 on a surgical charity mission. Excellent phone and text device. Being able to switch battery is incredibly valuable - as I type this reply on a Passport OG.

Still use Z10, but recently switched to DTEK50. I feel the integration of BlackBerry Software in Android is making the BlackBerry Android stand out, and is nothing like an ordinary android phone. While at the same time, I think BlackBerry10 is the best OS ever.
