i purchased a used q10( sr no. 074186413960)
and when i open bbm ,it shows no blackberry data( bbm is unable to connect to the server)
i hv tried to register it from setting>about>network but no reply of request is recieved till date.
they are saying WhatsApp​ will not support q10 after june so i hope bbm will help me out to be in touch with my group but its not working,please help

Model number, carrier used on, network when attempting to connect, BBM and OS version. Those are helpful details that may resolve your issue. Serial number means nothing.

From what I see, you have to have a BlackBerry plan through them, or it's blocked.

Went to "settings" (on Q10). Then "accounts."
Listed ATT
Gmail
LinkedIn
Opened ATT
I opened each of three choices for ATT entered NEW PASSWORD until accepted again, again . . . . .again till accepted. Got two messages but kept on. It took me hours off and on till it was accepted. Slow response from BlackBerry servers (?).
