the Recently "c" key is quite stubborn to work, so no #9 . This is on a refurb Q10 from ATT. Has had light use, slow typist. Tried compressed air from front of keyboard with no success.

Have an "extra" keyboard to install as I called a local shop who said charge to install replacement would be $50.00.
Have looked at the screws inside which appear to be "capped," so no access to the headI The of screw. This is the same on my 2nd #10 used for this inquiry. Do you "scrape" the top of screw to expose the head. No mention on UTUBE from what I've saw.
    Thanks for comments.

Yes. Or just push the screwdriver through and then scrape if you need to. The main screws are torx. The little screws holding the keyboard and screen together are Phillips and they can be quite difficult to remove the first time.

Can somebody tell me how can I type with the q10's touch keyboard? I know how to activate it but don't know how to type letters only numbers and symbols.
