As many of you, I have issues with a Z30. After installing 10.3.3 it worked fine for a couple months, it was in my mom's possesion.
Then suddenly she could not access the settings menu anymore (black screen when opening it).
I cant wipe the phone since there is no way to access to that. Sachesi stays loading and loading and does not recognize the phone.
When It intermittently does recognize the unit, I press the "wipe" option and then Sachesi crashes.
At this point I don't know what else to do.
    version is 10.3.3.2049
    Suggestions please?

Even on 2205 the settings screen appears as blank screen, it forces you run the autoloader again, that is what my experience

True. I experienced it on both 2163 and 2205.

So I did run the autoloader this morning. Everything looks good on the phone. Will give it a couple days and see if something funny comes up on it.
What's interesting is that when I check the software version on it, it says 10.3.3.1319 or something close to 13xx.
I made sure I got the autoloader from my specific version last night but oh well, at least is working now.
Will come back with more news during the week!

    Thanks for the help!

I had the same problem with my Z30 about 3 2 months ago. I couldn't receive or make calls. I had to do a factory reset then ran an autoloader.

Download the autoloader for your soft version and Re install on your phone. You will loose all the information on the device.

I guess any autoloader for your z30 will work but try with the one you had installed.

    Hi everyone,

I'm very desappointed with Blackberry OS 10 10.3.3.2205. Since January, I have reinstalled the OS Autoloader for Z30.(around 7 times)... Does not matter if I wait 24 hours after reinstall the OS, Lock Screen returns to Simple Password, the Settings Menu is not work anymore (cannot access it), Wi-FI Services issues. Navigation on internet (using native browser) is not working properly.

Can you have idea, how can I solve definite this issues?

I have a similar problem and cannot find a solution despite reading every thread on this topic. My charger went bad and when I woke up yesterday, my Z30 was almost dead. Before I could get it plugged into another charger, it shut down because of a low battery. I had the dreaded 0% charge issue once before and plugging the phone in for a while and then using Link brought it back to life. That was months ago. I tried the same thing and, at first, it didn't work. I would get the brief red LED followed by the Blackberry logo, then a quick change to the yellow LED and charging (lightning bolt) icon. After a few hours hooked to the computer, it suddenly came to life and I saw the blue rebooting circle for the first time. The phone woke up and I opened the Hub, which began to populate with the emails I had missed during the day. I noticed that the battery was at 100%. I let it sit for a few minutes and when I went back it was completely dead. Now, no LED lights up when I plug it in. I should mention that the power button has worked intermittently for some time. I've tried every combination of button pushes, chargers, computer plug in, etc. No response to anything or Link. I even tried an autoloader, but can't get past the bootrom message. Obviously, since it can't be turned on, neither Link nor the autoloader can see the phone to connect.

Any ideas? I have not tried to disconnect the battery, but since the LED is not working, I'm not sure that is the issue. I really can't be without a phone for much longer. Thanks!

As a follow-up, after a few days, I plugged the Z30 back into the charger and it woke up. It froze during the startup of the Hub and went back to dead status. I was unable to get Link to recognize it, even after it completed a reboot and was populating the Hub. I gave up on it. I couldn't go without a phone any longer. Unfortunately, I've gone to the dark side and ended up with an iPhone 8. Verizon no longer has a Blackberry option. Frankly, it's not as bad as I expected, but I miss the Hub more than anything.
