    Hi,i have a z30 which is not connecting to BB protect even though i have enabled the location, the protect services in the mobile phone is enabled also but still on the protect.blackberry.com its only showing the z30 phone not even saying the anti theft is on i m wondering what is the reason behind it ?

    If it's enabled... it's on!
    The anti-theft will wake when you .....if you.. have to use the anti-theft features.
    The work around for this is simple. DON'T LOSE YOUR DEVICE OR LET IT GET STOLEN!
