Of course, we do not have Apple and Android devices numbers. But we are not much less than Windows Phone. Which will continue to be supported after June 2017. Ok stop Iphone 3. Ok stop BB OS 7. Ok stop Symbian phone, but not BB10.
The battles are made over time. 3 months are few.

Let's hear it everywhere, and we do not care if Whatsapp do not give us answers or only automated responses.

I'm going to help on this on too. But keep in mind you'll be able to continue using what's app after 06/I7 through the android app. The latest update though , brings up a daunting "Google service" message. The app checks whether it can restore from previous a backup.. and you will be stuck as it will try to connect Google drive. It stays on the checking backup page.

Here's a work around.
1. Get a phone number that you never used with whatsapp. If you're in the UK, get a free sim card for instance

2. Register with the latest whatsapp version.

3. It won't try to connect to Google drive instead you will have you're app running from new.

4. Switch numbers to the one you were using.

Job done, it's a massive pain to get the Google service message, and it's more often now then I used too. Android doesn't want us to use its OS!

I'm sure they have analytics telling them all they need to know.

That said, I've already discovered an alternative.... Text messages!
They work everywhere, and while not as full featured that takes care of all but my international contacts.

It's a complete social suicide not to have access to whatsapp where i'm from.
