Throw it out and buy an Android device. You can't put Android on it.

There are some Android apps that you need to run Google Services in order for them to work.

Some people on this forum have been able to use some work arounds. However, they do not always work for everyone. Some Android apps just don't work on the BlackBerry 10 OS.

Are you trying to use the Google Chrome browser? Why not just use the native BlackBerry Browser?

What personal office are you trying to log into? The more details we have the more we may be able to help.

Google Docs still works on the stock blackberry browser even though it says it isn't supported. You just can't view presentation animations.
