Do you restore your device after you load a new os.

You might need to do a security wipe then set up like new. If so don't forget to turn off BB protect.

From 2639? Not much.

2789 introduced WiFi calling for TMO.

2813 is for Sprint. I haven't detected anything different yet, from a usability perspective.

So basically no use of this update from fixes point of view?

I have major issues as,

Hub slowdown
Phone app working very very poorly
Keyboard has come quite heavy
Radio/network signals are poor
BBM is quite unreliable and not suitable for low speed internet like WhatsApp.
Battery life now not that good

Waiting for a big update on bug fixes side.
