Thought it was a data outage but....

it wasn't. Can some explain? I did not get any emails yesterday during the day. Thought it was a data outage like normal and still did not have any emails today when I woke up. So I thought it was my email account and I tried to get into it and make sure my password and everything is correct and it wouldn't even let me connect. I did not have to do a battery pull for 2-3 days now, so I decided to do one and all of a sudden my BBM and my emails starting pouring through....


Is there a reason for this? Did I do something wrong? I just wanted to know so it doesn't happen to me again. Thanks everyone!!!

Things break on one end and effect the BlackBerry side of things... Email, etc stop working..

Yesterday there were issues with VZW customers, then turned national but then was back up and running by mid morning on East coast....

Sometimes pulling battery and allowing device to pull in new info, makes things kick in... But most of the time it will fix itself...

Best bet is to also check up on the Service outage section... Any time there are issues. Check there first....

Sometimes there can be only issues with your geographical area and no where else.. So reports may not be as heavy... But it may help...
