AT&T - NJ - BIS login and emails are down

im unable to log into email setup and the BIS web portal. it says its down for maintenance. im also unable to get emails, even though they show as sent. BBM and web work fine though. anyone else have this issue?

yep, tried to get into my email settings and I got this error "your device had a problem connecting to the server"
Email shows sent, but they haven't been received.

yup exactly what im seeing. like i said, if you try to log into BIS online there is a "down for maintenance" error. this only started happening maybe around 1am EST.

i just figured out why. i tried to log in again and i was prompted to download email application updates.

the update consists of version 6.11.0419.0755

All service appears to be restored but RIM's auto-mailer for dispatching BBM contact restores seems to not be working. Tried four times, waiting for a half hour at one point for it to come, no luck.

Passed out last night, but tried again now. I can get in no issues, but wasn't prompted to download anything.
