Slack of inflow of mails (BIS) after RIM outage

Earlier, prior to the resent RIM's outage, emails to my BlackBerry's inbox would always arrive earlier than it would on my outlook (in spite of refreshing @ 30 sec on my PC). This was the norm.

Now, mails arrive on 1st my PC's outlook and then minute/s later, sometimes even as much as 5~10 minutes later do they come into my BlackBerry.

Anyone experiencing something like this too ?

I use BIS.

P.S. Has this got something to do with my carrier's server ? I am on Voda ...

My emails usually arrive in a similar time frame on the device and webmail/computer.

i don't use email on my blackberry, but after RIM outage , my BIS is not like before, before it was faster and the notifications arrived faster than anywhere
