 Service Outage 10/18/2011 - Toronto Ontario Canada?
Just a question, there was a lag between "delivered" and "read" message last night (10/17/2011) at approx 11:40PM - 12:00AM that i had witnessed myself and confirmed by a handful of other bbm contacts, with me directly and other contacts on their contacts.
Just wanted to see if it was an area issue or RIM server issues once again. Located in Brampton to be clear.
